Last night it was officially announced on their clubs social media that Pollok United have played their last game in the GCFA

This is bombshell news for the GCGA as Pollok United have been on of the top clubs within the league set up for the last few seasons.

From what we are hearing it looks like it with be Pollok United Amateur teams last competitive team as a club.
Pollok received the three points and a one nil victory two weeks ago when Weir Recreation forfeited the last scheduled match up of the season. Unfortunately that will go down as the last points Pollok picked up within the GCFA.

Their last three points on the park was a crucial 7-4 victory over Lokomotiv Glasgow which kept them in the Title race until the final week of the Season.

Stuart MacDuff’s team had an excellent season and finished 3rd in the GCFA Premier League, they only finished one point off eventual winners Park Sports Project.
